A lovely little swim in the estuary. The tide was on its way in so I swam out to a buoy and then headed into the current. I barely made any headway but stayed there swimming for about 20 minutes before heading back to the beach.

Despite swimming for what would have been about a mile my GPS only showed 0.39 miles covered as most of it was like swimming in an endless pool thanks to the current.

It was nice out there though with lovely warm waters and only the occasional jellyfish to bump into!
